(ولا يملك) السيد (إبطاله) أي: التعليق (بالقول) بأن يقول: أبطلته، فلا يبطل؛ لأنها صفة لازمة ألزمها نفسه، فلم يملك إبطالها، كالنذر (ولو اتَّفق السَّيد والعبد على إبطاله) أي: التعليق (لم يبطل) لذلك، وكتعليق الطلاق.
