(وظاهر كلام ابن الجوزي أنَّه) أي: القسم (غير واجب عليه (٢) ) قال الشيخ تقي الدين في "المسودة": وأبيح له ترك القسم، قسم الابتداء وقسم الانتهاء ؛ قاله أبو بكر والقاضي في "الجامع".
