باب الشروط في النكاح] أي: ما يشترطه أحدُ الزوجين في العقد على الآخر، مما له فيه غرض. (ومحلُّ المعتَبر منها) أي: من الشروط (صُلْبُ العقد) كأن يقول: زوَّجتك بنتي فلانة بشرط كذا، ونحوه، ويقبل الزوج على ذلك.
