(والحكم في المدبَّرة، وأمِّ الولد، والمعلَّقِ عتقُها بصفة) قبل وجودها (كالأمَة القِنِّ. وولد أُمِّ الولد يُقَوَّم كأنه عبد) ويغرم أبوه قيمته يوم ولادته.
