(فإن كان) أي: وجد خوف العنت منه، أو خافته هي وطلبته منه (أبيح) له وطؤها (ولو لواجد الطول لنكاح غيرها) خلافًا لابن عقيل، لأن حكمه أخف من حكم الحيض، ومدته تطول.
