(وكذا إذا أمرته) أُمُّه (ببيع سُرِّيَّته) لم يلزمه بيعها (وليس لها) أي: الأم (ذلك) أي: أمرُهُ ببيع سُرِّيَّته، ولا طلاق امرأته؛ لما فيه من إدخال الضرر عليه.
