(فلو ادَّعى في هذه الأحوال) أي: حال الخصومة والغضب وسؤالها الطلاق (أنه ما أراد الطلاقَ، أو) ادَّعى (أنه أراد غيره) أي: غير الطلاق (دُيِّن) لاحتمال صدقة (ولم يُقبل في الحكم) لأنه خلاف ما دَلَّت عليه الحال.
