(وإن لم تُعفِه؛ أُمر بالطلاق) إن طلبته؛ لقوله تعالى:{فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ} فإذا امتنع من أداء الواجب، فقد امتنع من الإمساك بالمعروف، فيؤمر بالتسريح بالإحسان.
