(ولا أثر لشبهه) أي: شبهه كما في "المنتهى" بأن أشبه ولدُ زوجته أو سُرِّيَّته رجلًا غير زوجها أو سيِّدها (مع فراش) لحديث: "الولد للفراشِ".
