(وإن أبانها) أي: طَلَّق الأمةَ زوجُها طلاقًا بائنًا (قبل الدخول أو بعده، أو مات) زوجها (فاعتدت، ثم مات سيدها؛ فلا استبراء) عليها (إن لم يطأ) ها سيدها؛ لزوال فراش السيد بتزويجه لها، كمن لم يطأها أصلًا.
