(وتُشطر) النفقة (لناشز ليلًا فقط) بأن تطيعه نهارًا وتمنعه ليلًا (أو) ناشز (نهارًا فقط) بأن تطيعه ليلًا وتمتنع منه نهارًا، أي: تعطى نصف النفقة في الصورتين، و (لا) تعطى من النفقة (بقدر الأزمنة) لعسر التقدير بالأزمنة
