وإن ادعت يساره ليفرض لها نفقة الموسرين أو قالت كنت موسرا فأنكر فإن عرف له مال فقولها

(وإن ادعت) الزوجة (يسارَه) أي: الزوج (ليفرض) الحاكم (لها نفقةَ الموسرين، أو قالت) لزوجها: (كنتَ موسِرًا) فيلزمك لما مضى نفقة الموسرين (فأنكر) الزوجُ اليسارَ (فإن عُرِفَ له مال؛ فقولها) لأن الأصل بقاؤه
