(وإن لم تَقْدِرْ) على أخذ كفايتها وكفاية ولدها، من ماله (أجبره الحاكم) إذا رفعت أمرها إليه، على كفايتها وكفاية ولدها ونحوه بالمعروف؛ لأن ذلك واجب عليه.
