(وإذا كان للفقير - ولو حملًا - وُرّاثٌ (٣) غيرُ أبٍ، فنفقتُه عليهم على قَدْرِ إرثهم منه) لأن الله تعالى رتَّب النفقةَ على الإرث، فيجب أن يُرَتَّب المقدار عليه
