(فإن أراد المكاتَب التبرُّع بالنفقة على ولده من أَمَةٍ) لغير سيده (أو) من (مكاتَبة لغير سيده، أو) من (حُرَّة، فليس له ذلك) لأنه محجور عليه لحقِّ سيده، فلا يتبرَّع بغير إذنه
