(وإن وسَّعها الطبيبُ بإذنه) أي: المجني عليه المكلَّف (أو) وسّعها الطبيب بـ (ـإذن وليه) إن لم يكن مكلّفًا (لمصلحته، فلا شيء عليه) لعدم تعديه.
