(وكذا إن عُزل الحاكم في أثنائها) أي: الأيمان (أتمَّها) أي: الأيمان (عند) الحاكم (الثاني، فلا يُشترط) في القسامة (أن تكون) الأيمان (في مجلس واحد) لظاهر الخبر .
