(وإذا ذبح السارقُ) المسلمُ أو الكتابي (المسروقَ) مُسمِّيًا (حلَّ) لربه ونحوه أكله ولم يكن ميتة، كالمغصوب، ويُقطع السارق إن كانت قيمة المذبوح نصابًا، وإلا؛ فلا.
