(وإن أراد (٢) رجل امرأة عن نفسها) ليفجر بها (فقتلته دفعًا عن نفسها) إن لم يندفع إلا به (لم تضمنه) لقول عمر ؛ ولأنه مأذون في قتله شرعًا، لدفعه عنها.
