(وإن لم يبقَ من حياتها) أي: المنخنقة ونحوها (إلا مثلُ حركة المذبوحِ لم تُبَحْ) بالذكاة (لأنه لو ذبح ما ذبحه المجوسُ، لم يُبَح) لأنه صار في حكم الميتة
