(وَ) حَيَوَانٌ (مُعَارٌ وَمُؤَجَّرٌ وَمُودَعٌ) وَمُشْتَرَكٌ بِيَدِ أَحَدِهِمَا بِإِذْنِ الْآخَرِ إذَا أَنْفَقَ عَلَيْهِ مُسْتَعِيرٌ وَمُسْتَأْجِرٌ وَوَدِيعٌ وَشَرِيكٌ (كَرَهْنٍ) فِيمَا سِيقَ تَفْصِيلُهُ وَإِنْ مَاتَ قِنٌّ فَكَفَّنَهُ فَكَذَلِكَ ذَكَرَهُ فِي الْهِدَايَةِ وَغَيْرِهَا
