(وَيُعْتَبَرُ) لِصِحَّةِ ضَمَانٍ (رِضَا ضَامِنٍ) ; لِأَنَّ الضَّمَانَ تَبَرُّعٌ بِالْتِزَامِ الْحَقِّ فَاعْتُبِرَ لَهُ الرِّضَا كَالتَّبَرُّعِ بِالْأَعْيَانِ وَ
