(وَتَصِحُّ) الْمُضَارَبَةُ (مُؤَقَّتَةً) كَضَارِبْ بِهَذَا الْمَالِ سَنَةً ; لِأَنَّهَا تَصَرُّفٌ يَتَقَيَّدُ بِنَوْعٍ مِنْ الْمَالِ فَجَازَ تَقْيِيدُهُ بِالزَّمَانِ كَالْوَكَالَةِ.
