(سَبْقُ لِسَانِهِ) عِنْدَ تَلَفُّظِهِ بِالنِّيَّةِ (بِغَيْرِ قَصْدِهِ) كَقَوْلِ مَنْ أَرَادَ الْوُضُوءَ: نَوَيْت الصَّوْمَ لِأَنَّ النِّيَّةَ مَحَلُّهَا الْقَلْبُ لَا اللِّسَانُ
