(وَيُعْتَبَرُ إقْرَارُ زَوْجٍ وَمَوْلًى إنْ وَرِثَا) كَمَا لَوْ مَاتَ عَنْ بِنْتٍ وَزَوْجٍ وَوَلِيٍّ فَأَقَرَّتْ الْبِنْتُ بِأَخٍ لَهَا فَيُعْتَبَرُ إقْرَارُ الزَّوْجِ وَالْمَوْلَى بِهِ لِيَثْبُتَ نَسَبُهُ لِأَنَّهُمَا مِنْ جُمْلَةِ الْوَرَثَةِ
