شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَجِيفَتُهَا) إنْ مَاتَتْ (لَهُ) أَيْ لِمَالِكِهَا ; لِأَنَّهَا لَمْ تَخْرُجْ عَنْ مِلْكِهِ بِالْمَوْتِ (وَنَقْلُهَا عَلَيْهِ) لِدَفْعِ أَذَاهَا

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(وجيفتها) أن ماتت (له) أي: لمالكها؛ لأنها لاتخرج عن ملكه بالموت، (ونقلها) أي: ونقل جيفتها (عليه) أي: على مالكها؛ لأنه لما كان له نفعها كان عليه غرمها.
