(وَإِنْ رَكِبَ مَاشٍ) مُتَنَفِّلٌ (فِي نَفْلٍ أَتَمَّهُ) رَاكِبًا ; لِأَنَّهُ انْتَقَلَ مِنْ حَالَةٍ مُخْتَلَفٍ فِي التَّنَفُّلِ فِيهَا إلَى حَالَةٍ مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ فِيهَا، مَعَ كَوْنِ كُلٍّ مِنْهَا حَالَةَ سَيْرٍ

(وإن ركب ماش في) أثناء (نفل: أتمه) راكباً ولم تبطل؛ لأنه انتقل من حالة مختلف في صحة التنفل فيها وهي المشي، إلى حالة متفق على صحة التنفل فيها وهي الركوب، مع كون كل منهما حالة سيره.
