المغنيIbn Qudama

(١٥٢٦) مَسْأَلَةٌ؛ قَالَ: (وَلَا يَجْعَلُ فِي عَيْنَيْهِ كَافُورًا) إنَّمَا كُرِهَ هَذَا لِأَنَّهُ يُفْسِدُ الْعُضْوَ وَيُتْلِفُهُ، وَلَا يُصْنَعُ مِثْلُهُ بِالْحَيِّ.

قَالَ أَحْمَدُ: مَا سَمِعْنَا إلَّا فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ. وَحُكِيَ لَهُ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ، فَأَنْكَرَ أَنْ يَكُونَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ فَعَلَهُ، وَكَرِهَ ذَلِكَ.
