(ولها مهر) مثلها من (نسائها) أي قراباتها كأم وخالة وعمة، فيعتبره الحاكم بمن تساويها منهن القربى فالقربى في مال وجمال وعقل وأدب وسن وبكارة أو ثيوبة،
