(ولا تلزمها) أي أم الولد (السعاية للغرماء إن كان على المولى دين) لما قلنا، ولأنها ليست بمال متقوم. حتى لا يضمن بالغضب عند أبي حنيفة، فلا يتعلق بها حق الغرماء.
