(فَإِنْ مَاتَ) الْقِنُّ (فَلِسَيِّدِهِ) طَلَبُهُ وَإِسْقَاطُهُ كَالْوَارِثِ ; لِأَنَّهُ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِمَّنْ لَيْسَ لَهُ فِيهِ مِلْكٌ.
