معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(وهو) أي: وحد القذف حق (لجميع الورثة) حتى الزوج أو الزوجة في الأصح؛ لأنه حق ورث عن الميت. فاشترك فيه جميع الورثة؛ كسائر الحقوق.
