(وَ) حَيَوَانٌ (مُلْتَوٍ عُنُقُهُ كَمَعْجُوزٍ عَنْهُ) لِلْعَجْزِ عَنْ الذَّبْحِ فِي مَحَلِّهِ كَالْمُتَرَدِّيَةِ فِي بِئْرٍ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(و) حيوان (ملتو عنقه؛ كمعجوز عنه) في الأصح. وهو قول القاضي، لأنها مع إلتواء عنقها معجوز عن ذبحها في محل الذبح فسقط إعتبار المحل؛ كالمتردية في بئر.
