(وَيُصَامُ لِظِهَارٍ) إذَا عَدِمَ الْمُظَاهِرُ الرَّقَبَةَ (وَنَحْوِهِ) كَالْوَطْءِ فِي نَهَارِ رَمَضَانَ وَالْقَتْلِ (مِنْهُ) أَيْ: مِنْ الدَّهْرِ الْمَنْذُورِ صَوْمُهُ كَقَضَاءِ رَمَضَانَ
