(وَإِلَّا) يَصِحَّ إقْرَارُ قِنٍّ بِهِ كَاَلَّذِي يُوجِبُ مَالًا (فَسَيِّدُهُ) الْخَصْمُ فِيهِ وَالْقَوَدُ فِي النَّفْسِ هُمَا خَصْمَانِ فِيهِ كَمَا سَبَقَ
