(وَلَا يُقْبَلُ عَوْدُ مُقَرٍّ لَهُ إلَى دَعْوَاهُ) أَيْ الْمُقَرِّ بِهِ بِأَنْ رَجَعَ فَصَدَّقَهُ الْمُقِرُّ لِأَنَّهُ مُكَذِّبٌ لِنَفْسِهِ
