شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(فَلَهُ) أَيْ الْمَالِكِ (إخْرَاجُهَا) أَيْ الزَّكَاةِ (مِنْ غَيْرِهِ) أَيْ النِّصَابِ كَمَا لِسَيِّدِ الْجَانِي فِدَاؤُهُ بِغَيْرِ ثَمَنِهِ
