(وَكَذَا لَوْ أَفْلَسَ حَيٌّ) وَلَهُ أُضْحِيَّةٌ مُعَيَّنَةٌ أَوْ نَذْرٌ مُعَيَّنٌ فَيَخْرُجُ ثُمَّ دَيْنٌ بِرَهْنٍ ثُمَّ يُتَحَاصُّ بَقِيَّةُ دُيُونِهِ مِنْ زَكَاتِهِ وَغَيْرِهَا.
