(فَ) وَطْءُ طَاهِرَةٍ (صَائِمَةٍ أَوْلَى مِنْ) وَطْءِ (حَائِضٍ) لِنَهْيِ الْكِتَابِ عَنْ وَطْءِ الْحَائِضِ، وَتَعَدَّى ضَرَرُهُ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(فصائمة) أي: فوطء طاهرة صائمة (أولى من) وطء (حائض) ؛ لأن الله سبحانه وتعالى نص على النهي عن وطء الحائض.
