(وَتَتَعَيَّنُ) لِلْوَطْءِ (مَنْ لَمْ تَبْلُغْ) مِنْ زَوْجَةٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ مُبَاحَةٍ، كَمَجْنُونَةٍ وَكِتَابِيَّةٍ، لِتَحْرِيمِ إفْسَادِ صَوْمِ الْبَالِغَةِ بِلَا ضَرُورَةٍ إلَيْهِ
