شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَتَحْرُمُ) قُبْلَةٌ وَدَوَاعِي وَطْءٍ (إنْ ظَنَّ إنْزَالًا) لِتَعْرِيضِهِ لِلْفِطْرِ،

ثُمَّ إنْ أَنْزَلَ أَفْطَرَ وَعَلَيْهِ قَضَاءُ وَاجِبٍ

(وتحرُم) القبلة كما يحرم دواعي الوطء (إن ظن إنزالاً) ؛ لأنه يعرّض صومه للفطر، ولا يأمن عليه الفساد.
