(وَيُعْتَبَرُ ذَبْحُهَا) أَيْ الْبَدَنَةِ أَوْ الْبَقَرَةِ (عَنْهُمْ) نَصًّا. لِحَدِيثِ «إنَّمَا الْأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ»
