(وَكَذَا) لَوْ عَيَّنَ مَعْلُومَ الْعَيْبِ (عَمَّا فِي ذِمَّتِهِ) مِنْ هَدْيٍ أَوْ أُضْحِيَّةٍ. فَيَلْزَمُهُ ذَبْحُهُ (وَلَا يُجْزِئْهُ) هَدْيٌ وَلَا أُضْحِيَّةٌ
