(وَإِنْ مَنَعَ الْفُقَرَاءَ مِنْهُ) أَيْ مِمَّا لَا يَمْلِكُ أَكْلَهُ (حَتَّى أَنْتَنَ ضَمِنَ نَقْصَهُ إنْ انْتَفَعَ بِهِ) إذَنْ. فَيَغْرَمُ أَرْشَهُ
