(وَمَنْ مَاتَ بَعْدَ حُلُولِ الْعَطَاءِ دُفِعَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ حَقُّهُ) لِاسْتِحْقَاقِهِ لَهُ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ، فَيَنْتَقِلُ إلَى وَرَثَتِهِ كَسَائِرِ حُقُوقِهِ
