(وَإِلَّا) يَنْوِ وَفَاءً (فَتَبَرُّعٌ) لِحَدِيثِ «وَإِنَّمَا لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مَا نَوَى» وَمَا ذَكَرُوهُ فِي الْأُصُولِ: أَنَّ رَدَّ الْأَمَانَةِ وَقَضَاءَ الدَّيْنِ وَاجِبٌ لَا يَقِفُ عَلَى النِّيَّةِ أَيْ نِيَّةِ التَّقَرُّبِ
