(وَشُرِطَ لِلرَّهْنِ) سِتَّةُ شُرُوطٍ أَحَدُهَا (تَنْجِيزُهُ) أَيْ الرَّهْنِ فَلَا يَصِحُّ مُطْلَقًا كَالْبَيْعِ.
