شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَتُجْزِئُ) الْكَفَّارَةُ إنْ دَفَعَهَا (إلَى) مِسْكِينٍ (وَاحِدٍ) لِعُمُومِ الْخَبَرِ (كَنَذْرٍ مُطْلَقٍ) أَيْ كَمَا لَوْ نَذَرَ الصَّدَقَةَ بِشَيْءٍ، وَأَطْلَقَ. جَازَ دَفْعُهُ لِوَاحِدٍ
