(وَتَسْقُطُ) الْكَفَّارَةُ (بِعَجْزٍ) عَنْهَا كَكَفَّارَةِ الْوَطْءِ فِي نَهَارِ رَمَضَانَ،

وَإِنْ كَرَّرَ الْوَطْءَ فِي حَيْضَةٍ أَوْ حَيْضَتَيْنِ فَكَالصَّوْمِ. وَبَدَنُ الْحَائِضِ طَاهِرٌ،

وَلَا يُكْرَهُ عَجْنُهَا وَنَحْوُهُ، وَلَا وَضْعُ يَدِهَا فِي مَائِعٍ
