(الْمُنَقِّحُ مَا لَمْ يُفْضِ) تَرْكُ قَبْضِ ثَمَنِ مَبِيعٍ (إلَى رِبًا فَإِنْ أَفْضَى) إلَى رِبَا النَّسِيئَةِ كَأَمْرِهِ بِبَيْعِ قَفِيزِ بُرٍّ بِمِثْلِهِ أَوْ بِشَعِيرٍ فَبَاعَهُ بِهِ
